If you’re struggling in your marriage right now, please know I am on your side in this. I know what it’s like to be in a painful relationship. To feel disconnected, dismissed, and devalued. I’ve been there. Although I desperately wanted something to change, I didn’t know where to begin. All I could do was protect myself from more hurt, more rejection.
