Celebrating Men

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. EPHESIANS 3:14-17a

I celebrate who men are & acknowledge your incomparable contributions as husbands & fathers, coworkers & friends.

The world doesn’t recognize how truly amazing you are.

Nor are you affirmed & encouraged as much as you should be — even within the church.

You protect & provide for your loved ones, helping them solve problems, with a deep desire to see them become the best they can be.

I admire your dedication to keep on keeping on.

Even when your own needs — far too often — go unmet.

You were born to be the Hero in your own story.

The fact of the matter is, every hero needs someone who understands the pain and confusion of what is happening to him, someone who has the wisdom to guide him through it, to help him find his inner strength and divine wisdom.

To whom are you looking for guidance?  Or are you trying to escape the pain through …

  • Avoidance?
  • Numbing?
  • Anger?

There is a better way.  But you will have to connect with your Guide to find it.
